What is Uncovering World History?
Uncovering World History is a collection of modules divided into two digital volumes
for World History that provide tools History instructors can use to teach historical thinking skills.
Uncovering World History interweaves content and skills in carefully designed modules that are delivered to students in an affordable, engaging, and active-learning environment. Each module maintains a clear pathway that guides students as the encounter and respond to both a historical and a methodological problem through a step-by-step process: Problem, Enquiry, Evidence, and Putting it All Together. This active learning environment includes a Graphic Flipbook, Videos, Primary Sources, Interactive Maps and Timelines, and both
Formative and Summative Assessments.

"The Interesting Narrative of Olaudah Equiano"
"Most of us were generally taught to build our courses the way most textbooks work—along a straightforward linear narrative—but it can be challenging to sustain this approach across the course. Today's students need to learn how to 'do' history. Uncovering History offers students and instructors holistic lessons designed to teach the fundamentals of historical thinking and communicating."—Trevor Getz
